Views sought on communication experiences during COVID-19

The University of Essex (UoE) is working in collaboration with University College London (UCL) to explore the communication experiences of deaf people, and those who have hearing loss, during the Coronavirus pandemic.

The key areas they are researching include:

• Do face masks / coverings make communication difficult?
• Have you had access to information with subtitles?
• How do you experience video calls?
