Panel members needed for Lived Experience Advisory Panel
Social research company Traverse are creating a Lived Experience Advisory Panel (LEAP for short) and you could be part of it.
The panel is a first step towards their vision, that in the future, research will be done by people from different communities with different experiences.
Traverse will work in partnership with the LEAP to design great research with people who have lived experience, understand the journey of change and what success looks like when we get there so we can meaningfully and truthfully embed inclusivity, equity, justice & coproduction in our practice.
LEAP will consist of 10 people and will meet 6 times between now & July 2021. Panel members will be paid £100 for each meeting they attend.
They are recruiting panel members and are keen for this invitation to reach people with experience of the healthcare system and care system, mental health system, a physical disability or sensory impairment, homelessness, the criminal justice system, asylum system, carers, people with a learning difficulty and/or autism, young people, people from Black and minority ethnic communities, Gypsy / Traveller communities or the LGBT community.
