New online and in-person lipreading classes

City Lit will be offering FREE lipreading taster sessions next month (September) ahead of the start of their new block of online and in-person lipreading classes. 

The taster sessions are designed for people with hearing loss who haven’t attended a class before and would like to understand how they can help. 

If you have hearing loss and have difficulty following a conversation, then coming to a class can really help. Classes provide a supportive, relaxed environment in which to develop skills and learn about services and support.  

City Lit, who are Hearing Link Services members, have day and evening classes suitable for beginners up to advanced learners They also offer online classes via Zoom and face-to-face classes in central London.  Additionally, they offer short courses including ‘Assertiveness’, ‘Managing Hearing Loss at Work’ and ‘Living Well with Hearing Loss’.
