Get involved in NGT research

Facts International and Opinion Leader are asking Next Generation Text  (NGT) users to share their views on the service.

Previously, two research studies were carried out on behalf of the regulator Ofcom in 2014 and 2015. See here for details.

Now, Facts International and Opinion Leader are recruiting participants for new research.  The survey is being carried on behalf of BT.

You can take part in the survey if you are:

• Aged 16 or over
• Use text relay at least once a month involving a relay assistant, and
• Are willing to complete a short online survey.  (Post and face-to-face options are also available on request)
