Welsh Ambulance Service releases communication app

The Welsh Ambulance Service has launched a new app aimed at improving communication with those who have different needs, including the deaf and hard of hearing.

Using a combination of gestures, clear images and simple text, the app is designed to enable patients and staff to share essential information relating to the medical situation at hand.

The app is free to use and is available on Apple devices, Android devices and Blackberry.
