Christmas closure information

This year, our charity will close for the festive season from Thursday 22 December and reopen on Tuesday 3 January 2023.

Our online Helpdesk and LiveChat services will be unavailable during this time. You can still submit your Helpdesk questions via our online webform and we will aim to respond to these from 3 January onwards.

If you or a loved one are feeling particularly low or lonely over the festive period, or you’ve experienced a sudden change in hearing, visit our website hearinglink.org for further information of where to seek help.

Our online shop will also close for the Christmas holidays on Thursday 22 December and reopen on Tuesday 3 January 2023. You can still place orders securely online during this period. Our team will process and despatch them, and respond to enquiries placed over the break, upon their return.
