Outreach hearing support sessions

We experienced a higher number of beneficiaries accessing our hearing support sessions in Edinburgh, London and Worcester this month.

Our reputation is growing and we are continuing to see people, not only returning to seek additional support for themselves, but also bringing others with them too.

Subjects broached during these community sessions included pairing Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids, communication, induction loops, post-hearing test reactions, hospital support, and hearing aid batteries, 

Huge thanks again to volunteers Merleen, Paul, Mary, Elaine, Catherine, Ann, and Kirsty for your time and experience at these valuable community support sessions. 

Thanks to the quality of the services, we are currently looking into extending the Edinburgh library and the Worcester hospital services to the end of the year – watch this space!
