Services update January 2023: Helpdesk, LiveChat and Helpful Hours

Enquirers for the Helpdesk and LiveChat continue to get in touch in significant numbers. Thanks to the five volunteers who are developing a pilot version of the Helpful Hours service.

Services update January 2023: LinkUps and Hearing Support Sessions

Four LinkUp group dates are now agreed for early 2023, with Advisors in the Central Support Team managing the bookings and promoting internally. Hearing support sessions continue in Edinburgh and London.
