Hearing loss group meets for last time in 2018

Newtownabbey Hearing Loss Group’s last meet up of the year saw its members enjoy a game of ten pin bowling in the local sports bowl.

There were 10 members who took part, including a new member who also enjoyed the event.

Martin Montgomery, Hearing Link volunteer who runs the group, said: “I would like to thank all the members who have supported the group since the set up in February this year.  I would encourage anyone interested to set up a group, as we all learn from each other whether we have a hearing loss, or family/friend who also benefits from the support of the group.”

The next meeting of Newtownabbey Hearing Loss Group will take place on Thursday 31st January 2019.
